If you are purchasing from our Online Store, then as a general rule, Yes. If you are purchasing from our Online Only Super Specials then your custom designed lounge takes about 10 – 12 weeks to supply from the date of purchase.
Can I cancel my order after I have purchased?

Can I change my purchase order after I have finalised the sale?
If you wish to change your purchase order, please contact Deb on (07) 3267 1361 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure to double check all items and quantities in the cart before you finalise the sale.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
House and Garden Online are offering a 7 day unconditional return for all items that are in original condition and packaging. For all nominated areas on the Gold Coast, the Brisbane Greater Region and up to and including Toowoomba we will collect the item from you free of charge. Outside of these areas, please contact Deb on (07) 32671361 or email email@example.com as there may be a charge applicable.
Following the 7 Day Unconditional Return Period, we offer Refunds and Returns under the Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has the following problem:
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had know about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Can I pick up my purchase?
After making prior arrangements, you may pick up your item from our warehouse at 70 Buchanan Road, Banyo, Brisbane, (near the airport), Queensland. The collection hours are between 10am and 3pm. If you wish to pick up your item, please contact Deb on (07) 32671361 so she can notify the warehouse boys.
Can I purchase everything that is on the website?
Currently a limited selection of goods are only available to purchase online, this will be increased in the future. Currently our online shopping does not include all of the products that you will see in our House and Garden Stores. Our distribution system is such that we can only supply some products from our Brisbane warehouse but by doing so, we are able to realizes huge savings, i.e. no retail rent, no sales and merchandising staff, low advertising cost etc. We can therefore offer you very attractive low prices.
Can my purchase be delivered to an address other than my own?
Of Course!! We are happy to deliver your purchase exactly where you want it to go. On the check out form you will see there is a “Shipping Address” and a “Billing Address”, just make sure you put the correct details into those two areas. As a precaution, you can write a little note in the “Shipping Instructions” box, just for that added piece of mind.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
It is not absolutely necessary but advisable for you to be home to accept delivery of your product. If not, we will need a secure place to leave your item and House and Garden will not be liable for any theft or damage to the item.
Does House and Garden have a VIP Club?
YES YES YES!!!! We have a VIP membership of which provides enormous benefits including notice of upcoming sales, special product offers at reduced prices, invites to VIP nights as well as exclusive VIP Specials.
Does my furniture need to be assembled?
There are some pieces from our House and Garden range that will need minor assembly. All items that need assembly will be noted on the website and will come with instructions as well as the fittings needed.
How do I pay for my delivery?
At the check out there is a delivery dropdown. Click on the arrow and you will see all of the delivery options mentioned above. Click on the relevant delivery postcode and price, then it will be automatically added to your order.
How do I purchase Online?
If you would like to purchase an item online and if you know what you wish to purchase, the easiest and most convenient way is to press the “ADD TO CART” button on the first items page.
The other option is to click on the item you wish to purchase. This will then open to a new page with all of the items information on it. This procedure is recommended for all of our lounges that have multiple colours so you can choose your desired colour. On this page you will also see an “ADD TO CART” button. Once you have clicked on the “ADD TO CART” button it will take you to the checkout. Here you can check and refine your selected items before checking out, you will see all of the items you have decided to purchase, plus, this is where you will choose your delivery option. See our delivery information to choose the right delivery for you. When you are finished you click the “CHECKOUT” button and this will take you to our Secure Check Out form. Remember that in some cases delivery is free. Please fill in the checkout form, you will see text fields that have an asterisk (*) on them. These are required fields, which need to be filled in to complete your order. Once you have finished all of your details, click on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button and you have finished.
CONGRATULATIONS!! You have now bought a beautiful item from House and Garden Online and you will receive a purchase confirmation in your email.
How long does it take for delivery?
In the Greater Brisbane Region, Toowoomba and Gold Coast we will endeavour to get your product to you within 4 business days. We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Direct Deposit. If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit, contact Deb on (07) 3267 1361 and she will organize that with you.What happens if my item is damaged?
Once you have unpacked your purchase and you find that it is damaged please contact us immediately. For all insurance purposes House and Garden must be notified within 12 hours of delivery of any damages. In some cases our carrier requires for you to inspect and “tick off” the product.Who do I contact if I need any help with my Online Purchase or any information?
